TOPIC: Powerful Partnerships: Families, Communities, and Educators
On Wednesday September 18th, 2024, we will be hosting the September Monthly Family Support Meeting on Zoom from 4:00pm - 5:30pm with Danielle Eidenberg!
This month we are honored to have Danielle Eidenberg share with us about the powerful partnerships among families, communities and educators. Danielle is a Senior Education Ombuds with the Office of the Education Ombuds (OEO). She has worked as a K-12 educator in Washington State for the last 30 years and has been with OEO since 2007.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, Ms. Eidenberg received a Masters in Teaching (with endorsements in English Language Learning (ELL), Cultural Anthropology, English Language Arts and Elementary Education) from Seattle University. Ms. Eidenberg is also a Certified Parent Coach® having earned this certification through Seattle Pacific University's Parent Coaching Institute.
This is a friendly reminder that VFAAB has monthly virtual meetings every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 4:00-5:30 PM. These meetings are for Vietnamese families with children with Autism/Developmental Delays to build community, learn about Autism and the services available, and share their learned experiences. We invite a guest speaker to come speak and Vietnamese interpretation is provided.
